In this respect, elZinc has just renewed the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for elZinc Natural and carried out the EPD for the whole range of elZinc Alkimi® pre-weathered finishes within the GlobalEPD programme of AENOR.
An EPD® (Environmental Product Declaration) is an independently verified and registered document that communicates transparent and comparable information about the life-cycle environmental impact of products.
They are used in both public and private procurement , as well as in environmental certification schemes for buildings (e.g. LEED or BREEAM certification program).
These tools reinforce the commitment made by elZinc to offer innovative and sustainable roofing and cladding solutions.
