elZinc Advance® and elZinc Rainbow®

Building on the sea front requires careful selection of the materials to be used.
elZinc Advance® and elZinc Rainbow® are two zinc ranges that combine pleasing aesthetics with durability, able to meet the climatic and atmospheric challenges of the maritime environment.
In order to further protect zinc roofs and facades exposed to corrosive and/or marine environments, elZinc® has developed elZinc Advance® and elZinc Rainbow®. Classified RC5 according to EN 10169:2010, the elZinc Advance® and elZinc Rainbow® finishes provide a barrier effect thanks to their 35 micron organic coating, giving the material extra protection and improving its weathering characteristics. This coating minimises the adhesion of salts and inorganic substances that can cause staining and corrosion in coastal areas.
