The elZinc plant and HQ, located in Villallana Industrial Estate (Pola de Lena), hosted the last stage of the 21st edition of the Vuelta a la Montaña Central (Tour of the Central Mountains) on 21 May.

The field, made up of 140 riders from 20 teams, left the elZinc factory to begin  the last day of a tour that began on 18th May and finished in Pola de Lena, after covering the 88 kilometres of the fourth and final stage.

The President of elZinc, Macario Fernández, had the honour of participating in the awards ceremony that saw Luis Alberto Lajarín crowned as the winner of the stage and the cyclist from Salamanca, Miguel Domínguez Martín, as the winner of the XXI Edition of the Vuelta a la Montaña Central.
